Any credit/rewards unlocked in your account is automatically applied to your very next transaction. You do not need to do anything besides pay with the app and the credit will apply. You will be able to see that the credit applied by looking at the emailed receipt OR clicking on the line item in your transaction history (there will be total, credit applied, and outstanding balance).
You can also save certain types of credit or rewards for later. To unlock your credit/reward, visit the "Rewards" section of your app and turn the toggle for the reward on (the toggle will turn red). If you want to save your reward for later, you can toggle it off (the toggle will gray out).
Credit is also applied in this order:
- Any credit that is about to expire
- Loyalty credit
- Gift card / Preloaded credit
Please note that pausing your reward or credit to save for later will not extend its expiration date.
