How do I unlock my existing rewards to be redeemed?

When the toggle on your reward is red and swiped to the right, the reward is unlocked for redemption, and it will apply to your next eligible order through the Smoothie King app.

When the toggle on your reward is grey and swiped to the left, the reward is not unlocked for redemption, and it will not apply to any order until it has been swiped to the right again.

You can unlock your rewards for redemption and pause them again by selecting 'Healthy Rewards' from the home screen of the Smoothie King app. 

From there, please tap on 'You have X available reward(s)' on the bottom of the screen.

From here, you can see any rewards that are available to be unlocked for redemption or paused. Please note that not all rewards can be paused. Please note, pausing rewards does not change the expiration date of the reward.
