I Couldn’t Scan My App When I Made My Order, How Can I Still Earn Loyalty Points?

The Smoothie King app allows you to scan a receipt in order to earn loyalty points if you weren't able to use your app to place your order for some reason.

  • Open your app settings and go to the "Guest Support" tab.
  • Open the "Add receipt for missed loyalty points" tab.

  • Select the reason you were unable to use your app to place your order and tap Next
  • Select the location where you placed your order
  • Enter the receipt information (Order or Check #, date/time of the transaction, and the transaction subtotal)
  • Tap the option to take a photo of the receipt
    • Please note: this will only work if your camera permissions for the app is enabled.
  • Once you've taken and selected the photo of the receipt you'd like to upload, select the "Submit" option
  • You can expect an email (usually within 24 hours) letting you know when your points have been uploaded for you.
