How do I change the payment method linked to my account?

You can manage your payment method from the Smoothie King app or the Control Panel online.


How do I update the credit/debit card on my account?

Head into your app settings and tap the “Manage Cards” option. Add or switch your credit card by selecting the "Add a payment card" option. When you add a new card to your account, it will automatically replace your previous card on file. Please follow these steps even if you only need to update the expiration date on your card, as saved card information cannot be edited after the fact.


You may add two cards to the app at once if you like to switch between two methods of payment. Please be sure to long-press your preferred card and tap "Make Default" to use that card on your purchases. This way, you may easily toggle between cards instead of entering them manually each time you'd like to change the card on file! 

Updating your payment method from the web:

  • Login to your account at https://www.thelevelup.com/a/smoothieking using your Smoothie King credentials
  • Click Control Panel in the top right panel
  • Click Payment
  • To remove a card, click 'Remove' to the right of the card and confirm
  • To add a new card, click 'Add New Card,' fill in your card information and click 'Add New Card' again
