Help! I'm being asked to sign up for the LevelUp app, or I can only see personal LevelUp user account details.

You may encounter this scenario if you have email forwarding set up for your Smoothie King email (the email that is skxxxx@smoothieking.com, where xxxx is your store number).

If you have email forwarding in place, you'll receive your Manager Welcome Email at a different email address than the one under which your account has been created in the LevelUp system. As such, when you click the orange "Log In Now" button from the Manager Welcome email, it pre-populates the forwarded email address that LevelUp doesn't recognize.

Please follow the "Forgot Password" steps with your skxxxx@smoothieking.com email address to log into that email's inbox. Once you're in, you can follow the steps you received from Smoothie King to get set up on the Hub! Namely adding a bank account for your store and tying it to your location. Also, once you're in the Hub, you can update your email address to a more frequently used one via the Profile page, if you prefer.
