How do I consolidate all my locations under one email address?

Some industrious folks have multiple Smoothie King locations; this is awesome! By default you are assigned an email in the format of [e-mail] by Smoothie King’s corporate office, where xxxx is your store number. So if you have location 9999, you have the email [e-mail].

You’ll get one of these emails for every location—but if you have multiple locations, the best and easiest thing for you may be to consolidate all your locations under one email address.

Anyone with full merchant-level access to the Smoothie King Hub (i.e., they can see all locations; this will include select folks from the corporate office) can provide access to multiple locations at a time. As such, the best course of action if you would prefer all of your locations to be grouped under one email would be to reach out to your Corporate point of contact, whether that be your Area Ops Manager, your FMM, or an individual within the organization whom you know has full merchant access to the Hub.
